Subject to these terms, we do not offer refunds on the purchase of goods provision of services. All our pre-custom goods are agreed before you receive any items, by email. Upon confirmed email of finished goods, it will then have 3 days to accept. Then additional 7-10 days processing time. Since delivery of your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund.
To be eligible to Apply for the Exchange policy, please contact the what's up app listed to discus action. For the Exchange Policy you have up to 3 days to do so. Any further actions past any due dates will result of no exchange an or refund. An item for a same credit goods, or pay the difference, it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase by the website email address. Where items have been made or personalized for you, they are non-refundable unless defective. Please be sure to confirm all items prior to purchasing.
If you need to return an item, send us an email at our contact email address on this website and we will provide you with the address to return your items. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund only if defected/ exchanges.
When you are returning items, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, other than for a faulty item, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
